Project Manager (for our projects in Libya)

1) Distributes duties to the project work groups, directs them, and makes sure that information related to the required duties and the resources needed to carry them out are available.

2) Plans the daily activities of the working groups within the framework of the specified time programs, follows up on the implementation of the planned works, and undertakes to overcome the obstacles that face implementation.

3) Studies the modifications required from the owner and makes sure that the consultant reviews the modified executive drawings, and supervises their implementation.

4) Verifies the cooperation between the project's technical office engineers and the technical office management to exchange information, coordinate and solve technical problems.

5) Reviews inventory work and approves subcontractors' extracts.

6) Reviews and approves warehouse reports, administrative and technical reports according to the approved system and the directives of the project manager.

7) Follows up the implementation of administrative orders and instructions issued by the management of the company, and studies the problems of the project staff and follows up on resolving it.

8) Presents and discusses progress in project implementation, implementation problems, and engineering aspects related to workflow, by attending project-related meetings with the project owner, the consultant, and the company's management.

9) Follows up the performance of the project workers and directs the engineers and supervisors to guide their subordinates, evaluate their performance and motivate them.

10) Performs other duties assigned to him related to the objectives and nature of the job, as directed by the Sector Manager or the Projects General manager.
