Job Description
- Monitor Different types of Interactions across Products
- Create related reports and Dashboards that shows how the team is progressing
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with the Operations Team to improve and/or enhance their performance
- Prepare and Communicate Internal and external Quality Assurance Reports
- Create Product training Materials and Presentation per product to train newcomers
- Supervise and overview Newcomers shadowing period to make sure that they are up to the task
- Create Scorecards that would allow him/her to monitor the Operations team across different types of interactions and across multiple types of products
- Create TNA and related documents
- Collaborate with Operations Supervisors/Managers to do Call Alignment / Calibration.
- Conduct regular coaching with Consultants to improve and/or enhance their performance
Job Requirements
- Not less than 5 years of experience in Travel and Travel related positions
- Customer Service Experience is required
- Not less than 3 Years of Experience in both Amadeus & Sabre
- Not Less than 3 years of Experience in Hotel B2B Suppliers & DMC and Hotel Management platforms
- Excellent Reporting and Analytics Experience
- Excellent Experience in Excel
