Job Description

  • Monitor Different types of Interactions across Products
  • Create related reports and Dashboards that shows how the team is progressing
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with the Operations Team to improve and/or enhance their performance
  • Prepare and Communicate Internal and external Quality Assurance Reports
  • Create Product training Materials and Presentation per product to train newcomers
  • Supervise and overview Newcomers shadowing period to make sure that they are up to the task
  • Create Scorecards that would allow him/her to monitor the Operations team across different types of interactions and across multiple types of products
  • Create TNA and related documents
  • Collaborate with Operations Supervisors/Managers to do Call Alignment / Calibration.
  • Conduct regular coaching with Consultants to improve and/or enhance their performance

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 5 years of experience in Travel and Travel related positions
  • Customer Service Experience is required 
  • Not less than 3 Years of Experience in both Amadeus & Sabre 
  • Not Less than 3 years of Experience in Hotel B2B Suppliers & DMC and Hotel Management platforms 
  • Excellent Reporting and Analytics Experience  
  • Excellent Experience in Excel
