Job Description
- Receive customer phone calls.
- Receive visits of customers in showrooms.
- Listen to the customer needs.
- Present the car to the customer.
- Make a test drive with the customers
- Follow up the customers and close invoices using CRM program.
- Call customer when car allocated and when delivery is due.
- Make a check list for the car before delivery.
- Deliver the car to customer.
- Follow up with the bank rep. to collect bank checks.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications : BSc degree.
- Experience : 0 to 1 years Experience preferred fresh grads.
- Males Only.
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation.
