Job Description
- Develop high quality marketing & sales plans ensuring achieving short-term and long-term objectives.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company to develop marketing penetration strategies and increase the company’s market share.
- Ensure sustainable size of leads/ or deals in pipeline to acquire new clients, and maintain satisfactory relationship with the existing and potential clients.
- Manage the full Sales, After Sales and service cycle and reporting. Support in the preparation of offers, sourcing and delivery of goods and following up on payment.
- Manage and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team.
- Review all customer inquiries, communications, and offers, sourcing of raw material, logistics proposals, LCs, and contract terms & and relevant legal & bank documents. Effective negotiation with supplier and clients on the terms to secure the financial and legal position of the company.
- Oversee all operations and business activities from end- to-end cycle to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall objectives and values.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Interact effectively with different stakeholders and services providers achieving the best interest of the company.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Report to management on sales figures, forecast and the marketability of relevant products.
- Prepare and present actual performance/ achievements, an updated sales plan, and the status of initiatives on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Participate and deal with customers at trade fairs.
Job Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in similar industries.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, HR, finance, and etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
