Job Description
- Technical Sales Engineer is needed in one of the biggest Engineering Supply and Services companies.
- Our company is the agent of top international brands in Egypt, specialized in mechanical spare parts and equipment.
- Our company deals with Egypt's key accounts in the biggest industrial sectors of the country.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads and getting new customers.
- Building positive long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Traveling across Egypt to visit potential and existing clients (factories).
- Managing the customers' accounts including responding to their daily service requirements.
- Responding to customers' inquiries in time and creating sales quotations.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Offering after-sales technical support.
- Preparing weekly/monthly follow-up reports.
- Work in accordance with the department's KPIs.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Job Requirements
- Education B Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: at least one year of experience in technical sales is needed.
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Good Knowledge of the Egyptian Industrial Sector is a plus
- Good Spoken and written English Language
- Excellent command of MS programs
- Being able to use ERP Software
- Presentation Skills
- Verbal Communication
