Job Description
Job Duties:
- Design and implement Mechanical systems of Plumbing, firefighting and HVAC.
- Research, design, fabricate, and install plumbing systems to meet the desired requirements.
- Design mechanical ventilation, pressurization system and smoke management.
- Review material/equipment technical submittals for specification compliance.
- Design and Performs Mechanical designs, install HVAC systems and mechanical equipment as assigned according to delivery time.
- Direct and implement Firefighting and Safety Installation systems and Activities.
- Carrying out the duties of the site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying poor quality elements.
- Handling all technical issues in site including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
- Follow up manpower and monitoring the installation, testing, and commissioning
- Monitoring the daily work activities, progress and ensure quality compliance.
- Direct Firefighting and Safety Installation Activities.
- Ensures high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Develop structural designs and execute the drawings.
- Assist in researching and assessing project requirements and specifications.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in, Mechanical Engineering in (HVAC, Fire Protection & Plumbing)
- 5+ years’ experience in same position.
- In-depth knowledge of software or calculation tools.
- Organizational skills, such as time and resource planning.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate and problem solve effectively.
