Job Description
- Manages a team of telecom technicians responsible for installing and supporting fiber services and security systems for customers.
- Guides the Telecom Technicians in achieving outstanding customer experience, high-quality work, and maximizing technician throughput.
- Supervisor duties include coaching, performing QA, assisting technicians, coordinating work, and participating in cross-functional project or process improvement teams.
- Resolves customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Light current project (CCTV, E-TEL and Audio systems
- Experience in Fiber optics termination and testing.
- Aware and compliant with health and safety rules.
- Great Cairo residents are preferable
- Training certificates in Fire Fighting / First Aid /Electrical/Climbing (W&H)/Lifting and Rigging /Risk Assessment are preferable
