Job Description
- Leading the Production Maintenance team (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Analyzing production lines' performance and looking for ways to improve their efficiency
- Applying the preventive maintenance schedule
- Managing the spare parts stock
- Finding solutions for any mechanical/electrical problems
- Ensuring that machine downtime is minimized
- Developing new tools/machines as needed to improve processes
- Developing automation solutions to improve production efficiency
- Finding ways to reduce energy consumption (electricity/gas/water
Job Requirements
- BSC in Mechanical - Power - Mechatronics Engineering OR Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience with Mechanical Maintenance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a factory with production lines.
- Must have previous experience with filling and packing lines and mixing tanks.
- Experience in plastic machines (injection and blow molding) is a plus.
- Must have experience using 2D drawing software
- Experience in PLC and SCADA programming is a plus
