Job Description
- Sales follow up & interpreting trend analysis.
- Selecting fabrics, trims & accessories.
- Issue seasonal color card per fabric or product line.
- Create, manipulate and recolor all prints & yarn-dyes . Follow up fabric, trims & accessories developments.
- Develop Designs for a range of products.
- Develop Designs for product accessories when needed (buttons, tags…etc).
- Execute layouts, rapports and color ways.
- Coordinate with staff involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples or finished garments.
- Examine sample garments on and off models; and issuing compliance reports.
- Issue detailed Style & Trim sheets.
- Follow up color, prints & embroidery approvals.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design, or equivalent from a recognized academic institution.
- Preferably 2 years experience in apparel Design.
- Knowledge of Corel draw & Corel photo paint or similar software is a must.
- Better be experienced in building Flats, Line Sheets and and Color boards .
- Communication and follow up capabilities .
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, with excellent organizational skills .
- Good performance in a high energy design environment.
- Fluency in Arabic & English; spoken & written.
