Job Description
- Provide fully support for Operation Team and prepare polices & procedures to ensure efficiency of operation
- Provide leadership to Workforce & Scheduling assigned in the department.
- Provides advice to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment affairs.
- Develop and run relevant trainings and workshops for operation team .
- Guide and direct customer service team towards achieving operational goals.
- Manage customer’s surveys & feedback , recommendations & complaints on services provided.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- minimum 5 years experience in managerial level in same position in entertainment center
