Job Description

  • Provide fully support for Operation Team and prepare polices & procedures to ensure efficiency of operation 
  • Provide leadership to Workforce &  Scheduling assigned in the department.
  • Provides advice to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment affairs.
  •  Develop and run relevant trainings and workshops for operation team .
  •  Guide and direct customer service team towards achieving operational goals.
  • Manage customer’s surveys & feedback , recommendations & complaints on services provided.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder 
  • minimum 5 years experience in managerial level  in same position in entertainment center 
  • excellent communication skills 
  • negotiation skills 
  • problem solving skills 
  • fluent English
