Job Description
- Responsible to introduce company’s products to customers.
- Get the new inquires, contracts, bid from the customers
- Send quotations to the customers follow up the quotations result, get the order or lost if lost find the reasons.
- Negotiation with customers getting orders with best terms & conditions.
- Follow up customer’s orders arrange shipment as per orders terms & conditions
- After shipment invoice sent to customer & follow up payment until it is settled
- Do best efforts to achieve the annual sales target given by the managements
- Frequent visits to customers to check business opportunity & promoting company products by attending events, exhibition
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 1-3 Years of Experience
- Good time management skills so as to achieve the results in a punctual manner & avoiding delay.
- Good communication and behavioral skills to interact cordially with everyone.
- Tact and diplomacy to handle all customers in the batter interest of the company.
- Good knowledge & experience to deal with valued customers.
- Ability to work under pressure so as not let to the pressure affect him.
- Negotiation skills.
