Key Responsibility: Monitoring the maintenance processes for best machines performance ((for the plastic injection machines - PET manufacturing)).

Also Resposible for:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, tests, and calibrates mechanical and electrical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Implementing the periodic preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.
• Analyzes the production defects related to maintenance & handle all related issues.
• Making the necessary periodic purchasing orders for spare parts and follow up the execution of all purchases during the year.
• Responsible for handling machine & equipment sudden stoppages.
• Working out the human and material resources needed.
• Coordinating necessary maintenance work with the production heads.
• Recommends projects regarding cost saving.
• Maintaining system documentation standards throughout lifecycle of equipment and processes.
• Providing administrative and technical direction to all maintenance personnel.
