Job Description
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Advising on paid media efforts to ensure everything hums along and we always have the right creative at the ready, translations, and keep pushing for better results.
- Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
- Plan, create and manage the paid ads and digital campaigns
- Oversee the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Working on media buying.
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Measure ROI
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Research competitors of customers and provide suggestions for improvement
Job Requirements
- Has a Bachelor degree
- Pharmacy/ Veterinary/Science (preferably)
- Derma Experience is a must
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role
- Excellent ownership skills and high level of drive and initiative and a true self-starter
- Fluent in English
