Job Description
- Carrying out market research and competitors’ analysis to Explore new markets for export.
- Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
- Generate and approach new leads in the targeted markets.
- Identify customers’ needs and requirements.
- Receive potential customer’s inquiries for export.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with all procedures of the organization and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.
- Follow up the implementation of the customers’ production orders according to the required specifications and the agreed period with the production team in order to ship customers’ orders at a specific time without delay.
- Follows up on logistical operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.
- Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to resolve all.
- Coordinate with the Export Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
- Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with the Export Manager.
- Representing the company in the internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company’s exports.
- participate in the marketing activities planning and executing.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is a Must.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and any other foreign language.
- Experience in the export field (FMCG)
is a plus:
- Marketing background and knowledge is a plus.
- Graphic designing skills.
