About Us
We are Artificial Modelling, a digital construction company specializing in delivering 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems and fire protection. Our 3D modeling solutions help clients minimize errors on site, ensure more accurate construction, and save costs. We also provide a detailed virtual record (database) of the building for future reference.
What You’ll Do
- Cold Outreach & Lead Qualification: Use our internal Airtable system for outreach (we provide name, number, email, and other relevant info). Follow our tested call script to maximize call bookings.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings for our senior leadership/directors with warm prospects. Coordinate follow-up meeting invites and keep records of conversations.
- Status Tracking & Data Entry: Update Airtable regularly—change outreach statuses, add dates, and input records of calls and emails for easy handover to the leadership team.
- Relationship Building: Keep in touch with prospects through follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and transforming cold leads into warm or hot leads.
- Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to the Business Development Manager. Keep track of Expandi (LinkedIn automation) and Instantly (cold mailing automation) and report key metrics to leadership.
- Growth & Development: As you become fluent and comfortable in the role, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Business Development Manager position—offering input on marketing and outreach strategies, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
Job Requirements
Language & Accent - Flawless English (American, British, Irish, or Canadian accent required).
Experience - Proven work experience (2–7 years) in roles such as Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar.
Sales Skills
- Hands-on experience with cold calls and multiple sales techniques.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM software (Airtable experience is a plus, but we will provide training).
- Basic experience with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Performance & Communication
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Team & Growth Mindset
- Ability to build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Comfortable reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Education (Optional) - BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is a plus.
