Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Professionally reply to all customers' comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Place Orders and Exchange Orders for customers ordering through Instagram/Facebook/Whatsapp/Call etc
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Up selling and cross selling
  • Undergoing follow up calls with clients to overview feedback on our products and customer experience.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve highest satisfaction
  • Creating an excellent customer experience and relationship with the customer to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic both written & spoken(must be fluent)
  • Great communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Fast typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond for the customer 
  • Strong work Ethic is a must
  • Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice
  • Flexible with changes in business needs & processes
  • Experience working with an E-commerce business is preferred
  • Experience working with shopify &  google sheets is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized
