Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Professionally reply to all customers' comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Place Orders and Exchange Orders for customers ordering through Instagram/Facebook/Whatsapp/Call etc
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Up selling and cross selling
- Undergoing follow up calls with clients to overview feedback on our products and customer experience.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve highest satisfaction
- Creating an excellent customer experience and relationship with the customer to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Excellent command of English & Arabic both written & spoken(must be fluent)
- Great communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Fast typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond for the customer
- Strong work Ethic is a must
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice
- Flexible with changes in business needs & processes
- Experience working with an E-commerce business is preferred
- Experience working with shopify & google sheets is a plus
