Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth day-to-day operation of the IT department, including user support, IT Procurement, IT Assets, Network Infrastructure and Security. You will also need to supervise the IT Support Engineers and Security Engineers in multiple locations.
An ideal candidate for this role must have in depth knowledge of Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Hardware and Software systems, Applications software and all configurations.

Main Responsibilities to include:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with the industry best practices
- Accountable for Service Delivery through the service desk, ensuring compliance with the company defined SLA’s
- Develop and monitor the annual IT Plan, and KPI’s to meet with the organization strategy and vision
- Manage the IT Procurement Process, Incidents Management and maintaining the IT Assets and contracts within ManageEngine – Service Desk+
- Provide L3 Support for users in technical issues (Email, Printers, Macbook’s, Windows and Network)
- Microsoft office 365 administration includes user management, Security, Mail Flow, Retension Policies, Onedrive for Business, Teams, Azure AD and Exchange server
- Support the corporate software like Zoho One, Perception Point, Crowdstrike, Cisco Umbrella, Barracuda Backup’s
- Administrate and monitor sharepoint 365,One drive,Azure, and power family modules
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for business needs
- Responsible for bringing technology improvements and enhancements in support of the paperless, automation vision
- Design and implement new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Install, configure and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Procure network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Arrange scheduled upgrades and investigate faults in network
- Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases and report network status to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Computer Certifications is advantageous (CCNA/CCNP, AWS Office 365, Cyber Security, VMWARE, ARUBA or similar)
- Proven experience in a similar role is a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
