Job Description
- Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
- Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the IPC requirements for all students.
- Attending trainings
- Encouraging children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
- Guiding children to develop their capabilities through IPC curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Lead nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Communicate with parents regularly through attending parents meetings or other means of communication that are requested by the management.
- Collaborate with other teachers.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards’
- Enforce all administration policies and rules.
Job Requirements
- The job requires an enthusiastic, Imaginative, and energetic individual capable of gaining the full potential of each child.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in nurseries or schools in the same position.
- Good communication skills with both children and parents.
