Job Description
- Researching potential vendors
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating quotations and pricing
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Follow up Purchase requisitions & Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into ERP system
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Review quality of purchased products
- Prepare reports based on purchasing manager requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- 3 to 5 years experience .
- ERP system ( AX Dynamics preferable )
- Good English command both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
