Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
• Manage the photography team, event organization, and social media pages.
• Coordinate the work between different marketing teams to ensure effective and professional execution of campaigns.
2. Selecting Photography Locations:
• Choose the best locations for shooting that align with the visual identity of the food products.
• Oversee the shooting of advertising campaigns to ensure high-quality output.
3. Event Planning and Organization:
• Supervise the preparation and organization of promotional events and product advertisements.
• Select optimal venues for events and ensure all activities are smoothly coordinated.
4. Managing Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various advertising channels (social media, TV ads, print media, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign results, optimizing them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
5. Selecting Advertising Channels:
• Identify the best advertising channels and promotional sites to reach the target audience.
• Manage the advertising campaign budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
6. Market Analysis:
• Study and analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of changes and new developments in the food industry.
• Suggest innovative ideas and solutions to develop effective marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food products or digital marketing campaigns.
• Previous experience in managing marketing teams and organizing events.
3. Skills:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• High organizational and coordination skills.
