Job Description
- Develop, manage and lead sales team
- Manage and support team members in day to day sales, renewal processes and client requests
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients (multi-channel), community leaders and decision makers
- Plan, implement and monitor of sales and renewal strategies, processes, policies and programs as directed.
- Manage and support sales operations activities, including proposal development, integration of sales support staff, and development of performance goals and measures
- Coaches, develops and supports sales teams in achieving individual goals
- Collaborate with other marketing and channel teams in initiatives that support collective sales goals
- Align, monitor and evaluate individual and team performance goals
Job Requirements
- 8+ years related work experience in insurance sales, or comparable sales channel management role
- 5+ years direct supervisory/management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Insurance License
- Effective consultative sales, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven coaching and team development experience
