Job Description
- Coordination with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Make sure that all the trucks are out for outbound
- Make sure that all trucks which are returning have no lost time and return immediately after the discharge of the shipment.
- Makeshift reports by all the stoppages and communicate them with the transporters.
- Communicate with the sales team to confirm deliveries and balances of COP.
- Receive, Revise and process shipments costs & documents.
- Login all shipment details into monitoring sheets.
- Ensure all the logistics activities are performed with optimized efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Work Location: Alexandria - Bourg El Arab.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or other equivalent fields.
- Preferred to have experience in a similar position.
- Any other professional certification will be of added advantage.
- Good knowledge of international trade (procurement, incoterms, transportation, customs, international contracts, insurances, certification, etc.)
- Strong Capability in Microsoft Office apps.
- English Fluency.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
