Job Description
- Register new employees' data in to the system, as well as deleted leavers .
- Open a new employee file ( employment contract – Form 1- Report validity - CV - the rationale for the appointment )
- Update employees files with any variables.
- Preparation of social insurance.
- Prepare the annual increases in salaries in to the system.
- Implement systems and policies for new employees.
- Prepare form number 1,2,6.
- Notice the employee a letter of acknowledgment of receipt to housing address in case of absence 5 days and 10 days of absence.
- Dealing with governmental association like social insurance office & labor office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- V.Good in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Visio)
- SAP user is Preferred
