Job Description
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating induction sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records in a secure and confidential manner, including personal information, job history, performance reviews, and any disciplinary actions.
- Assist in processing payroll by gathering necessary data, such as attendance, overtime, and leave records, to ensure accurate pay for employees.
- Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions, and escalate issues when needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and general workplace concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and encouraging open communication across departments.
- Coordinate and organize training programs and development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain records of employee participation in training programs and track progress toward development goals.
- process employee requests for vacation and other types of leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track employee leave balances and ensure accurate documentation for each employee's leave history.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing HR-related correspondence, and assisting with employee events.
- Manage and promote recognition programs such as Star of the Month program and Sales Excellence Program to celebrate outstanding employee performance and boost morale across the company:
- Coordinate employee medical check-ups at designated clinics, Review results and ensure compliance with health and wellness policies.

- Must have experience in dealing with Time and attendance machines, tracking Fingerprint, Managing Leaves.
- Hiring blue collar.
