Job Description
• Design & Implement sales plans for the regions and percentage of the targets required in cooperation with the sales manager.
• Lead to achieve the sales target required of the region.
• Manage, Support, train and appraise for sales account managers in the designated area.
• Submit regular reports on sales results in the geographical area in charge and submit to the sales manager.
• Address potential problems for customers, follow up their satisfaction and propose quick solutions based on thoughtful decisions in cooperation with the sales manager.
• Maintain & Develop customer database, classify into categories based on the corporate policies.
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of sales account managers in the region.
• Monitoring and reporting on market movements and competitors.
• Follow up on Cash collections with customers.
• Follow up on monthly and quarterly sales reports and review the distinguished ratios and follow up on the benefits to sales team.
Job Requirements
• 5:7 years of experience in the same position.
• Various Background in sales are welcome (Preferred in home appliances).
• MBA specialization (sales and marketing) is preferred.
• Presentable, Articulate and has high communication skills.
• Analytical thinker.
• Strategic Contributor.
• Age 35 ~ 40
• Own a Car is Must.
