Job Description

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Advise and assist board members on taking solid financial decisions based on the given data.
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Develop the trends of the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a financial manager (preferably in FMCG)
  • CMA or MBA are a plus.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Experience using ERP softwares is a plus.
