Job Description
- Analyze RM/PM samples to make such it is aligned with the needed quality.
- Preparing and maintaining the test plan
- Providing feedback to the management
- Doing continuous testing and upgrades
- Preparing test scripts
- Provide progress reports in relation to process tests and execute test case scenarios to the manager.
- Working in a testing environment, assessing products, checking for quality and accuracy, or creating tests scripts
- Practice general analytical procedures
- Work on Lab. Instruments as HPLC, UV, Atomic absorption,…
- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
- Review Test Notes (Certificate of Analysis) for each material.
- Test all R.M and review P.M and sampling.
- Review and develop STP and sops.
- Statistical study for all results and documentation.
- Documentation and updating documentation process "RDS, APR, COA" and release report.
- Chemical analysis for all RM
- Analyst of raw materials and review an aseptic sampling of raw materials samples and divide it to micro and chemical lab
- Make a full analysis of all R.M.
- Follow up on status cards of R.M in warehouse
- Responsible for releasing R.M and reviewing P.M and distribution of this release to concerned dep.
- Preparation and evaluation of volumetric and test solutions and their control
- Control of different sampling areas by using data loggers
- Reviews Chemical analysis of all types of water including demineralized city and distilled water.
- Responsible for 100% ID System from (sample from each container and analysis its, revise by analysis..)
Job Requirements
- B.ch of Science or pharmacy
- 1 to 3 year of experience
- Has common knowledge in using SOPs
- Being analytical and accurate.
- High observation skills
- Has good English and computer skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and effective communication skills.
