We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to support our Key Accounts Sales team and help us achieve our goals, this person will be a point of contact and provide support for the Key Accounts team within the sales department.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, as you will have a hands-on experience of monitoring and ensuring that all sales activities are properly entered.

  • serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

What's On Your Plate?

  • Support Key Account Managers in Admin related inquires
  • Work closely with the line managers to understand the daily and weekly deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other departments for sales related matters (Marketing, Operations, and
  • Finance department) - when required.
  • Update and monitor the quarterly KPIs for the respective function
  • Build Key Account reports, decks and presentations either on a group or brand level.
  • Collection and documentation of restaurant contracts and amendments, filling of restaurant
  • contracts, other sales-related data.
  • Monitor and ensure all sales and activities are properly entered on Salesforce

Job Requirements

  • An ideal candidate for this role would have:
  • A diploma in Business Administration in Marketing, Management or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Analytical mindset – ability to build dashboards, reports and briefings
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
