Job Description
- Participate in business planning with the front line management to develop a marketing & communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements.
- Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation.
- Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
- Able to work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead development of connected business growth programs.
- Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness, engagement and product adoption.
- Support objectives through Internal communications: Communicating the company vision and strategic development programs to employees according to global guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in dealing with front-line senior management, coaching and counseling them having the ability to influence leadership thinking in strategic communication.
- Identify and anticipate need for change-management communications and provide strategic insight.
- Oversee stakeholder relationship, provide and distribute local news according to global guidelines and regulations. Support global news with localized content and media distribution when possible.
- Serve as a role model in enhancing the company vision.
Job Requirements
- 5 Years experience in the same field
- 2-3 years of supervising/managing team/projects
- Bachelors in any business field, preferred computer science. Masters is a Plus
- Problem-solving, analytical, communication, networking and team-working skills; strong knowledge of industry practices, such as measured profitability approaches
- Familiar with Tableau, Tableau Prep, MongoDB, MySQL, complex queries and calculations
- Can build a DW and system architecture for a data platform to be used analytically.
- Familiar with Live reporting and can build live reports directly from Data sources
- Manages a team and the overall project of business intelligence.
