Job Description
- Manage, monitor, and control all the development activities including the Analysis of requirements, Design plan, SRS Writing, coding, Documentation, Installation, and the delivery of the SW solution
- Coming up with different solutions to best develop the required application
- Maintain project full picture to manage stories integration
- Leading & providing support for Junior developers, prioritize development, assign tasks, resolve dependency between tasks, and review code written by team members.
- Has hands-on for all types of product developments and is able to monitor his team concurrently with developing the most complex product code.
- Maintain source code control and version control
- Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date
- Research & debug coding issues and problems, in order to provide a feasible solution
- Responsible for measuring and evaluating team members’ performance within the project
- Prepare successors for key positions on their team.
- Act as a liaison between business areas supported and development team, also Communicate progress and issues to superiors in a timely fashion.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PHP, Proficient knowledge of Laravel Framework.
- Strong knowledge of frontend Vue.js programming language
- Interest in DevOps and eager to expand your knowledge.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and their standards
- Experience with database design, administration, and development techniques.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
- Experience with mobile development is a plus.
- Strong Knowledge of PSR, CURL, PHP Session Management, Redis
- Knowledge of Elastic Search is a plus
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Strong English is highly preferred
