Job Description
- Acting as owner representative Engineer.
- Prepare status reports and regularly monitors budgets, review contractors and schedules.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
- Follow-up، review of engineering drawings for all sections.
- Review of the site the final engineering drawings for implementation of all sections and any new modifications.
- Preparing reports, data, and analyses required for any of the project elements and for presentation to the management.
- Follow-up inquiries submitted by the site (RFI ).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural engineering .
- Strong knowledge with presentation & design program
- Strong administrative, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- 7 :10 years' experience IN Consulting firm
- Work location :North Coast
- work hours : 8 hours
