Job Description
- Prepare daily lesson plans that promote learning autonomy and ensure efficiency of instruction delivery
- Design teaching resources based on objectives and students’ needs: worksheets, booklets, ppt, flashcards and digital resources.
- Upload lesson plans and teaching materials on staff drive and other platforms.
- Create self-devised resources to maintain high performance level of students.
- Integrate technology to deliver instructions and promote 21st century skills.
- Relate classroom activities to the school’s vision and mission.
- Conduct data analysis from multiple resources to adjust content and instructional plans to improve students’ level.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 5 years of experience
- BA of education – in taught language or any equivalent degree
- Passionate about languages and literature
- The ability to handle students in the stage they are assigned to, deal with their behavioral attitudes, coach them positively to guarantee a suitable learning environment
