Job Description
- Coordinate activities and resources,equipment and information for projects that impact multiple departments or for multiple projects.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Developing project strategies,
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Review detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks involved in the project.
- Assist the Project Manager to ensure that project activities are being performed adequately, on schedule and in accordance with contractual documents
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Conduct periodic meetings with the clients necessary to archive client requirements.
- Have an understanding of technical solution being implemented and identify any gaps to be enhanced by Engineering teams
- work under supervision of project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Job Requirements
- Minimum Two years experience in the same field ( MEP or Arch only, Civil will not be contacted)
- Excellent Communication Skills ( Verbal, Written) and presentation Skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Primavera is advanced.
