Job Description
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspectives.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Deliver Market requirement documents MRDs and product requirement document PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience identify and fill services gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Define the Majorel services portfolio strategy and roadmap for development.
- Drive new services and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for Majorel services that include details of unique selling points USP for such services.
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in BPO industry.
- Experience in ITC domain is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good to Excellent written and spoken English, additional European language is a plus.
- Technical background, with consumer-facing experience.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Highly effective cross-functional team management.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
