Job Description
Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.
Facilitate effective communication between project team members and other departments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and action items.
Assist in organizing and participating in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on assigned tasks.
Track project budgets and expenditures, reporting discrepancies to management.
Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of relevant experience in project management or a related area.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
