The Role!
This is not a role for an executor, this is a role for someone who is passionate about building a recruitment muscle in a growing organisation. From newcomers interviewing onboarding to partnering with hiring managers you’ll be taking a holistic approach to recruitment, not just filling headcount.
What will you do?
- Support Bosta hiring for all types of positions [Hubs]
- Partner with hiring managers, to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience
- Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management
- You’ll be solution-driven and be happy to share ideas on how we can do things better and more efficiently - you’ll be able to own these projects to see them become a reality!
- Coordinate the hiring process: master data and documents
- Reporting all the payroll monthly variables and leave balances
- Participate in the investigations if needed
- Reporting with the master data for the terminated / resigned employees
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping
- Experience in hiring blue collars is a must at least 1 year
- Experience in the people operations function [payroll, personnel &ER]
- A passion for an amazing and seamless hiring experience, for both candidates and hiring teams
- Proactivity. You identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team
- People skills. You’re able to approach talent acquisition with innovative mindset, while building and managing internal and external partnerships
- Have an eye for detail, a knack for problem solving and always hungry to learn.
- You thrive in an environment of unrelenting pace. The ability to multitask, juggle a bunch of stuff at once but also, somehow manage to be super organised at the same time is key here
- If you have experience at ATS, that would be beneficial
