Job Description

Sales Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities Planning, implementing and supervising of execution of sales plans to achieve revenue expectations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES BRIEF
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Implement marketing strategies to creatively reach more potential customers and further branding of the company
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
  • Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Job Requirements

  • BS. Degree at least preferably in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) - MBA is preferable 
  • Fully Aware of Lighting and lighting fixtures industry, its market opportunities and competitors 
  • Male/Female - Preferably below 40 years old
  • Proficiency in A similar industry in a managerial / team leader position
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
  • Exposure to Key accounts and Mega-projects is essential 
  • Fluency in English language both spoken and written
  • Target oriented with a Can - Do personality
