Job Description
Sales Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities Planning, implementing and supervising of execution of sales plans to achieve revenue expectations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES BRIEF |
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Implement marketing strategies to creatively reach more potential customers and further branding of the company
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
- Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
- Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
Job Requirements
- BS. Degree at least preferably in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) - MBA is preferable
- Fully Aware of Lighting and lighting fixtures industry, its market opportunities and competitors
- Male/Female - Preferably below 40 years old
- Proficiency in A similar industry in a managerial / team leader position
- Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
- Exposure to Key accounts and Mega-projects is essential
- Fluency in English language both spoken and written
- Target oriented with a Can - Do personality
