Job Description
- Recruitment experience both managerial white-collar positions and blue-collar employees.
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes
- Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Achieving financial objectives of HR sector by anticipating requirements; submits information for budget preparation; schedules expenditures; monitors costs; analyzes variances
- Maintaining continuity among Head office, department, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics or similar faculties of universities related field with HR.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience and last couple of years spent at managerial roles
- Strong coaching skills and having a positive and forward-looking mind,
- Analytical & strategic mindset with the ability to communicate with global HR teams.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Very good spoken English is required.
- Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing employee budget of the organization
- Performance management system experience is required
- Organizational development, career planning and training programs development know how is also requires
- Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, payroll, hiring process and labor relations including blue collar
- Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be strong asset
- Excellent awareness of Egyptian Labor law
