Role Summary:
- Lead the entire IT team and build efficient IT structure for scalable Payment Technology Company
- Build and manage the entire IT infrastructure to ensure deploying the state-of-the-art technological solutions
- Build agile, structured, robust system development capabilities
- Ensure effective fulfillment of the company technical SLA attributes to its customers
- Apply global security standard and ensure the highest level of security among the entire infrastructure
- Drive development innovation and create incubation platform
- Manage annual IT budget efficiently with clear measurable ROI.
Accountabilities
- Build the-state-of-the-art, robust, scalable technological solutions suites the company evolvement from start-up till it becomes a key regional player
- Measure and monitor system performance according to the global standards
- Plan for system capacity and system expansion efficiently
- Timely deployment and delivery of new solutions as per agreed business plan
- Achieve global standard of cybersecurity rating, certify the company infrastructure by one of the global standard e.g. ISO/IEC270, and ensure PCI compliance of all Payment solutions
- Ensure timely compliance with the system releases of the relevant payment schemes
- Manage and select system vendors and technological partners efficiently
- Promote the company as a source of innovative payment solution and build an innovation incubator platform
- Inspire IT team, and create a high IT performance culture with the aim of positioning the company as the most attractive payment technology company for talented IT in the market.
Job Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/computer science, or equivalent degree, preferably MBA or post-graduation studies in Information Technology
- Minimum of 15 years experience in IT with wide range exposure of various IT roles and responsibilities, preferably worked for multinational firms
- Managing IT teams for a minimum of 5 years
- Experienced in IT budgeting and strategic planning
- Knowledgeable of technological payment solutions.
