- We The Benchmark are looking to hire a full-time graphic designer to join our team within the Marketing Department. Graphic design assets/content will be mainly for the real estate industry and will be a key function of the position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in graphic design, photo editing, illustration, video editing and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in a stimulating and fast-growing environment.
Working within our Marketing department you will have responsibility for collaborating on and developing visual pieces of marketing material including and not limited to:
- Advertising Material Development: Produce eye-catching and scroll-stopping digital advertising creatives that result in high engagement and action/conversion rates for our ads. Such materials/content are not limited to Still photos, animations, and videos.
- Campaign Material Development: Deliver various types of creative assets required to create and optimize world-class marketing funnels with high conversion rates.
- Content/Social Material Development: Design content and social media creative assets that further our content’s reach and make it easy for our audience to discover/consume our content.
- Design Template Development: Through testing, develop a library of effective templates for each creative type that allows for rapid execution of new campaigns/funnels as we scale.
- Internal/external communication material.
- Retouching images, videos, and animations from product photo shoots and others provided by our partners.
- Providing design support for our partners.
- Will take part in Marketing department meetings and communicate requirements for design elements to the marketing manager
- Project-manage and prioritize own work and communicate delivery times for creative work to the department.
- Produce rapidly, with accurate beautiful, dynamic work.
- Follow and reinforce various guidelines.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ year of experience producing effective digital marketing and advertising material that convert.
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite in particular Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere, After Effects. And other related applications/software.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent
- Possess strong interpersonal skills: you’re a positive team player with excellent communication skills and the capacity to work well with a team and as an individual and open to directions, ideas, and criticism.
- Having an interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
