Job Description
- Coach and mentor a team of Business development representatives.
- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities directly and alongside team members.
- Deliver training on sales skills, technical tools, and the product/market.
- Partnerwith our cross-functional teams to improve workflows across teams, and ensure the team is set up for success.
- Partner with Regional Lead to implement and improve the sales process. • Aid in the interviewing and hiring of additional sales team members.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a vertical pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- 5-8 years of Software sales experience, within a high-performance sales team in a high-growth environment.
Working knowledge Preferred Requirements
- Desire to lead, coach, build and motivate a team of Brand Partnerships Managers.
- Client facing, able to jump in on any client touchpoint to scale the business.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Experiencem in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proven penchant for creative problem-solving. Proven track record of high-level negotiation and exceeding sales targets.
