Job Details

  • Achieving his/her individual Sales monthly target, net activation 100% (Quantitative)
  • Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work
  • Furnish & enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints &
  • Solving problems and escalating the issues to management when appropriate
  • Educate the customer with Etisalat products and services.
  • Promote handsets and accessories.
  • Up sell Etisalat products & services to the customers
  • Recommend products and services improvement
  • Ensure compliance to policies & procedures

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications Essential

  • University Degree
  • Fresh Grad or Minimum 1-year Experience.
  • Area of experience: Sales and customer experience
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Presentable
  • Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
  • Very good computer skills
