Job Description
We are looking for a leader to develop and execute growth strategies that prioritize customer success and support long term business and revenue growth for our platform. you’ll develop and operationalize go-to-market plans, evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive projects to completion and assess their impact.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Growth Manager will be to generate company growth by attracting and retaining more clients. More specifically, in this role you will:
- Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
- Design and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns
- You'll set up, launch, optimize and efficiently scale all campaigns in paid social (mostly Facebook/Instagram/Google)
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video
- Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs and track and report on performance versus those goals
- Determine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign/program goals
- Generate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. This includes but is not limited to drafting marketing emails, social media posts, other collateral; writing blog articles; and working with our creative and design teams to identify other assets required
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Identify creative, out-of-the-box ideas for marketing campaigns that can improve our efforts across the board
- You'll provide daily reporting on performance and analysis of how to improve
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools (free or paid)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with high standards of excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Start-Up Experience
- E-Commerce, retail technology, or software industries experience.
- Marketing Diploma or MBA
- Marketing Automation Experience
- Certified in Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, Adsense, Adwords (and/or)
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors, trends, and key algorithm update
- Do HTML5, CSS3, JS, Frameworks, UX, UI
- Certified in HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar
