Job Description
- Responsible for Monitoring the portfolio In\Outside Egypt
- Review all complaints regard Card’s fraud and take the necessary action
- Investigating root cause of issues, highlight trends and areas of concern / development needed
- Assisting in the evaluation process for fraud monitoring team to detect the gaps/issues and advice regarding the needed actions
- Assisting in the evaluation process for fraud monitoring team to detect the gaps/issues and advice regarding the needed actions
- Aligning with customer care experience side to reach the high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Handle issues & Jira cases received from banks which are delegated from the fraud
- Mange compromised cards
