Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate information and business process requirements
- Define project scope and translate user requirements to functional requirements through user stories, UMLs, DFD, etc..
- Provide practical solutions that meet the business needs, comply with quality standards and technical requirements.
- Provide support and assistance to business testing and ensure the final solution meets the business needs.
- Participate in user approval and oversee all development activities until successful delivery to customer
- Perform analysis and provide solutions for integration between internal systems and/or new systems
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and break down high-level information into details
- Communicate needed changes clearly to development team
- Work with functional and non-functional requirements
- Acceptance Testing
- Visualize proposed ideas
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in MIS or any related field
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Agile Scrum knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.
