Job Description

  • Handle all the registration processes of new applicants
  • Receive and guide prospective clients through the application and admission process
  • Set up and monitor all incoming students’ files and document them.
  • Handle all the support and administrative functions
  • Coordinate with admission for graduating students
  • Gathering and processing research data
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Data management refers to drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management
  • Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent English Speaker
  • Minimum 3years Experience
  • High proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications[ Excel, Word &power point].
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High standards of customer service
  • Organizational and time management skills
