Job Description
- Handle all the registration processes of new applicants
- Receive and guide prospective clients through the application and admission process
- Set up and monitor all incoming students’ files and document them.
- Handle all the support and administrative functions
- Coordinate with admission for graduating students
- Gathering and processing research data
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Data management refers to drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management
- Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience working in a professional office environment.
- Excellent English Speaker
- Minimum 3years Experience
- High proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications[ Excel, Word &power point].
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High standards of customer service
- Organizational and time management skills
