Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing functional requirements & deliver High Level Scenarios (HLSs) including estimates for TCs creation and execution.
- Distribute tasks among team to manage team’s workload.
- Participate in cross-review activities for team deliverables.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and training of new team members.
- Descriptive reporting of bugs/defects.
- Provide estimates for the assigned tasks.
- Execute test cases to verify functionality.
- Track the test cases execution rate & raise flag on time.
- Reporting progress on Daily Status Report [DSR] for test creation, test execution and bug status.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing artifacts is documented and maintained.
- Responsible for the quality of the team deliverables with respect to the agreed-on plans/milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Works under minimal supervision on wide projects.
- Proactive and have an effective participation in Design meetings.
- Strong in validating/analyzing requirements, impact analysis and prioritization activities.
- Experience with Agile models.
- Experience in (Security, Automation, Performance, Mobile) is a plus.
- ISTQB certificate is a plus
