Job Description

  • Designing analytic tables, reports using business intelligence tools and platforms. 
  • Developing and implementing qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing datasets in various states of organization, cleanliness and structure. 
  • Reviewing the nature and quality of data sources and evaluating their relevance, then recommending action for improvement and use of sources. 
  • Translating practical mission needs and analytic questions related to large datasets into technical requirements and, conversely, assist others with drawing appropriate conclusions from the analysis of such data. 
  • Independently maintain and refine key analytic products that are relied upon substantially within the organization.
  • Proactively generate insights based on regular evaluations of the needed marketplace. 
  • Answer complex ad-hoc questions that arise from internal/external stakeholders.
  • Work to develop new KPI’s that can be used by the organization and the customers.
  • Provide regular reporting of industry trends and happenings to key stakeholders.
  • Use Business Intelligence tools to create and distribute content for the many stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicating complex information to all audiences.

Job Requirements

  • From 5-7 Years of experience in Data Analysis field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in field, Computer science, business administration, finance or Statistics is preferable.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good follow up and accuracy skills. 
  • Certified BI analyst or equivalent is preferable. 
  • Very good Communication skills. 
  • Solid hands-on experience in analyzing mass data including financial and business data. 
  • Knowledge of BI data analytics or equivalent systems 
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. 
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms. 
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases. 
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. 
  • Experience with reporting packages and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau etc..). 
  • Developing data cleansing rules for the company
